Job summary

Ethos is seeking principals with 5+ years at a top strategy firm to help train a leading AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across deck architecture, storylines, and executive synthesis.

Role includes quality control of client deliverables, steering committee materials, and partner-ready slides. Fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) including team leadership at Principal level.
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling full client deliverables.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (deck architecture, storyline reviews, executive synthesis, steering committee presentations).
• Quality control of team-produced slides and partner-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and Ethos network to deliver high-impact presentations.
