Qualifications

• Advanced degree or proven equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of full-stack product engineering, including 3+ years at principal/staff level guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering consumer-grade web/mobile experiences at scale.
• Expertise in search, recommendation, or applied-AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, K8s, and automated CI/CD.
• Strong data-modeling with relational and NoSQL stores.
• Fluent in application security and secure design practices.
• Excellent mentoring, able to set vision and lead by doing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end features powering AI-rich employee experiences across web and mobile apps.
• Architect highly performant services and UIs surfacing personalized content and search results for a global workforce.
• Embed LLM and vector-search capabilities to boost relevance and learning loops.
• Own system design reviews, code reviews, and technical roadmaps; mentor engineers.
• Integrate third-party HRIS, collaboration, and productivity platforms for cohesive journeys.
• Champion modern front-end patterns (React/Next.js, TS, Tailwind) and cloud-native back-end practices (K8s, containers, CI/CD).
• Instrument observability, tracing, and SLA dashboards to support 24x7 reliability.
