You will drive scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions while partnering with engineering, product, and executive leadership. You will mentor development teams, establish engineering best practices, and influence design decisions across multiple teams and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building high-performance, reliable systems in complex distributed environments.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade code with maintainable style and unit tests.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Go, plus React.js for front-end work.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and evaluating technologies across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical accountability for systems and products, including scalability and uptime.
• Drive innovation through proofs of concept and architecture improvements.
• Shape technical direction and ensure alignment with standards and scalability goals.
• Code and participate in high-impact reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
• Influence across teams and business units to propagate best practices.
