Job summary

Analog Devices seeks a Deep Agentic Reasoning Engineer (open rank) to design and build multimodal reasoning models for Edge AI. You will collaborate with AI/NLP/audio/time-series experts and contribute to agentic systems, with responsibilities spanning data handling, model training, and rigorous evaluation.

You will prototype in Python using PyTorch/TensorFlow, apply distillation and post-training techniques, and disseminate results through internal reports and top-tier venues.

Qualifications

• PhD in AI-related fields required; strong publication record preferred.
• 6+ years of releasing AI/ML products or research outputs relevant to multimodal reasoning.
• Experience with transformer-based architectures and model optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate multimodal deep learning models for Edge AI applications.
• Engage in the full research lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and documentation.
• Prototype models in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and implement reasoning improvements.
• Apply and validate knowledge distillation and policy optimization techniques for scalable models.

You’ll collaborate with experts in AI, NLP, audio, time series, RL and other domains to advance reasoning capabilities in alignment with Analog Devices business needs.
