This platform allows customers to interact with Fidelity in natural language across all the channels that are important to them.**The Role** We are looking for an experienced principal AI/ML engineer with interest towards supporting the growing need in the Cognitive Computing Platform Knowledge Enablement area.On software engineering side, the candidate should have large scale enterprise software delivery experience, be familiar with Fidelity software delivery methodologies, DevOps tools, and best practices. On ML Engineering side, the candidate will be working together with a group of full-time data scientists, experimenting with a variety of NLP data analysis methods, using a variety of machine learning tools and frameworks, building, and implementing models. Previous knowledge and experience in MLOps related area is highly preferred.
