Job summary

Oracle's OCI AI Infrastructure team seeks adaptable engineers to build and operate a cutting-edge GPU platform for AI/ML/HPC workloads. You will design distributed systems, optimize high-throughput data processing, and ensure reliability and security while collaborating across Network and Data Center ops in a dynamic, agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in large-scale production systems, strong programming skills across Java/Python/C/C++/Go, and deep OS and networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field with coding experience.
• Deep understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and high-performance applications.
• 6+ years delivering and operating large-scale production systems (1000+ server instances).
• Proficient in Java, Python, C, C++, Go, or shell scripting.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable distributed systems supporting horizontal and vertical scaling.
• Optimize for large-scale data processing and high-throughput requirements.
• Define scalability requirements and ensure design/implementation met.
• Design systems to scale with elasticity.
• Utilize data plane platforms for large-scale data handling and processing.
• Define and implement performance and load testing.
