Job summary

O2 Technologies,Inc is seeking a senior AI/ML Platform Engineer in Dallas to drive AI-driven SDLC, design scalable AI platforms, and enforce guardrails and safety standards. You will architect pipelines, implement observability, and advance production-grade AI systems for enterprise-scale GenAI workloads.

Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, evaluating LLMs, and integrating vector search and observability tooling across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/AI/ML required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems in cloud/SaaS contexts.
• Strong ML system development and MLOps familiarity.
