Qualifications

• Shipped AI software and know what changes when real users depend on it.
• Investigate failures and use evidence to judge quality.
• Experience building agent workflows and evaluation systems for tool-using LLM apps.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent harness for planning, tool use, memory, context, interruption and recovery during long tasks.
• Integrate OpenAI and Anthropic model APIs with measurable quality, latency and cost.
• Maintain harness connectivity to AWS workflow execution and approval state.
• Ensure authorization and sensitive writes are behind policy checks with evidence before completion.
• Develop evaluation datasets and replay tests for valid findings and access decisions.
• Test prompts, stale evidence, conflicting instructions and unsafe tool use; protect tenant boundaries.
