Role Overview

Looking for a Staff/Principal AI Engineer to lead enterprise-scale Agentic AI implementations for Fortune 500 clients. This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on designing and deploying autonomous, tool-calling AI systems that operate reliably at enterprise scale.

Must-have Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Python development
• Strong backend/system language: Go, Rust, Java, C/C++

• 2+ years hands-on LLM Engineering
• Proven experience taking Agentic AI systems to production

• Vector DBs Pinecone / Milvus / Weaviate / FAISS
