This role drives end-to-end ad trafficking, taxonomy, metadata tracking, and analytics, coordinating across finance, data engineering, and creative teams. The role emphasizes scalable ad-tech capabilities, global rollout, and collaboration with Adobe's internal teams to reduce manual steps through automation and GenAI-enabled tooling.
A new era integral senior role on our Global Marketing Organization! This person owns, operates, and continuously evolves AI‑powered and automated solutions across the ad‑tech ecosystem including ad trafficking, taxonomy creation, metadata tracking, media activation, analytics and finance handoff. This role evaluates and adopts outstanding industry tools – integrating them into our global media ecosystem where appropriate – while also producing custom solutions where gaps exist. The person owns scalable ad‑tech capabilities as the primary product owner. They are responsible for global rollout across media strategy, buying desks, data analysis, asset creation, and financial teams.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 – $277,750 annually. Pay within this range may vary by location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $191,800 – $277,750.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $191,800 – $277,750.
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new‑hire equity award.
