• At least seven years of accounting experience including general ledger, period-end close, and statutory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and CAS, with working knowledge of China tax regulations.
• Experience with SAP and Concur preferred; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and professional reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities for assigned entities, including bookkeeping, T&E, period-end closing, and statutory filings under US GAAP and CAS.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, treasury reports, and other reports for corporate Finance or authorities.
• Drive process standardization and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee tax matters including transfer pricing, VAT, corporate tax, and tax authority inquiries.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to business teams and provide training as needed.
• Act as a technical accounting resource and participate in regional/global finance projects, system rollouts, and policy updates.

• Manage accounting activities for assigned entities, including accurate bookkeeping, T&E, period-end closing, local statutory audits, and annual filings, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local statutory and tax requirements.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, treasury reports, and other reports required by Corporate Finance or local government authorities for assigned entities.
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee all tax-related matters for assigned entities, including transfer pricing, VAT, corporate income tax, other local taxes, and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to business teams by clearly communicating finance-related matters and providing training as needed.
• Act as a technical accounting resource and participate in regional and global finance projects, including system rollouts and policy updates.

Position Requirements
