Financial Oversight: Monitor the school budget, conduct quarterly financial reviews, and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
Institutional Advancement: Actively participate in IANT-sponsored fundraising initiatives.
Professional Development & Research
Staff Training: Execute a comprehensive professional development plan for faculty.
Collaborative Leadership: Working with an administrative team including an assistant principal, school counselors, department heads, and office staff.
