Core responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating investment prospects, representing the firm at industry events, conducting financial modeling and valuation analysis, and drafting term sheets and reviewing financing documents. The Principal will also support portfolio companies as a board observer, contributing strategic guidance during growth phases.CI is looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, supported by an MBA or master's degree.
