General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is seeking a Principal Engineer Specialist in Saco, Maine. The role involves applying standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products and assemblies, and leading projects with independent work style.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree with 8–10 years of experience or equivalent, plus strong Microsoft Office skills. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree

Physical Requirements

• This position is Safety-Sensitive.

Travel Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
• May need to stand for long periods of time.

Pay Range (USD)
