• Ensure orders are placed timely; manage backstock and replenishment.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Create an environment that welcomes customers, answers questions, and helps locate products.
• Inform customers of produce specials and offer samples to discover new items.
• Maintain merchandising standards; review product quality and freshness.
• Create and execute promotions in partnership with store management.
• Educate department associates about current and upcoming promotions.
• Ensure in-stock behaviors are followed daily and CAO is used.
• Plan inventory processes and monitor stocking conditions; train associates.
