Job summary

Keeley Companies’ Heavy Industries Group seeks a Primavera P6 Site Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor resources, and support project teams. This role requires travel as needed and collaboration with customer representatives.

You will generate reports, manage integrated master schedules, and ensure on-time performance using Primavera P6 across Keeley projects. Strong communication with the project team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Primavera P6 scheduling tasks.
• Advanced skills/certification in Primavera P6 required.
• Capable of tracking costs and schedule status of assigned tasks.
• Must interact effectively with customer representatives.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Consent to assessment and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules and integrated master schedules.
• Develop, monitor, and update resource-loaded schedules.
• Evaluate, perform resource analysis and critical path analysis, and prepare reports.
• Perform CPM schedule development, schedule analysis, and present schedules using Primavera P6.
• Generate reports and update project schedules for scope changes weekly or as needed.
• Review and verify all project-related scheduling information with the project team.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all project team members.
