Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health seeks a Full-Time PRN Counselor to deliver individual, group, and family therapy, plus crisis intervention services. This role supports residential facilities and works within the Advanced Recovery Systems family.

The Primary Therapist will develop treatment plans, conduct psychosocial assessments, and ensure continuity of care with the clinical team. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• LPC, LCSW or LMFT licensure or intern status.
• Three (3) years' experience in social work or related field.
• Experience with addictions and/or mental health.
• Knowledge of DBT, CBT, Family Systems theories.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy.
• Provides crisis intervention services.
• Provides oversight of residential facilities.
• Provides psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Collaborates with clinical case manager and family therapist for comprehensive care.
