Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years treating substance use and/or mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients.
• Conduct suicide screening and assessments.
• Document all activities in the patient medical record.

Skills

Knowledge of addictions and mental health complications

Experience utilizing DSM-5

Ability to establish rapport with clients

Problem solving and stress management skills

Familiarity with community resources

Ability to screen for toxicity and safety concerns

Education

Independent Licensure (LMHC, LCMHC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW)

Addiction Certifications (MCAP, CAP, CAC, etc.)
