Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill is seeking a Primary Therapist to join its multidisciplinary treatment team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This full-time role provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents with eating disorders and coordinates care with families and outpatient providers.

Required: Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related field and a state license (or license-eligible). Experience with eating disorders and commitment to DEI practices are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related field is required.
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is required.
• Experience with eating disorders and ability to work with families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interacting with insurance for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
• Providing therapeutic meal support and modeling a healthy relationship with food
• Delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care that respects clients’ identities
• Supporting telehealth services as needed

Monte Nido Clementine Cherry Hill, located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; Full-Time

Pay: $58K - $91K/ year depending on licensure and experience

• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
• Maybe required to support virtual patient care and telehealth services as needed, including during periods of low census or to address coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
• State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
