Orthopedic Institute is looking for a full-time Primary Nurse (LPN / RN) for their Tea location. This role entails working closely with assigned physicians, assisting with daily clinic activities including patient education, and ensuring exceptional service.

Orthopedic Institute has been serving the region for over 40 years offering excellent orthopedic care across South Dakota, Western Minnesota, and Western Iowa. Our history has been marked by partnerships built on shared values and vision. We focus solely on exceptional orthopedic care to broaden the reach and impact in this region. Our provider team has grown to include 21 orthopedic surgeons, one pain medicine physician, one physiatrist, and 20 physician assistants/nurse practitioners and over 250 employees. We currently have locations in Tea, Brookings, Mitchell and Yankton and numerous outreach locations in the region.
Regular clinic hours are 7am–5:30pm, Monday-Friday and 9am–2pm, Saturdays. This position will be 40 hours per week and 1–2 Saturday shifts per year.
The primary nurse role will work closely with the assigned physician and be responsible for the day‑to‑day activities of the physician's clinic, such as rooming patients, placing orders, prepping procedures, patient education, patient phone calls, etc.
