Harris Williams seeks an Analyst to join our Project Management and Distribution team within our Primary Fund Placement Group, based in our New York City office. The Analyst will engage directly in the capital raising process for premier private equity firms worldwide, collaborating with the Fund Placement and Distribution team and supporting on a range of funds and LPs.

Base Salary: $110,000.00 – $115,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
