Job summary

Harris Williams seeks an Analyst to join our Project Management and Distribution team within our Primary Fund Placement Group, based in our New York City office. The Analyst will engage directly in the capital raising process for premier private equity firms worldwide, collaborating with the Fund Placement and Distribution team and supporting on a range of funds and LPs.

You will receive hands-on onboarding and mentorship and contribute to a highly competitive compensation and benefits program.

  • Foundation of financial principles – Understanding of the terminology and concepts of the financial ecosystem

Harris Williams seeks to hire an Analyst to join our Project Management and Distribution team within our Primary Fund Placement Group, based in our New York City office. Harris Williams will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

The Analyst works closely with the Fund Placement and Distribution team to engage directly in the capital raising process for premier private equity firms worldwide.

  • Fund types: Private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital, tax equity, and co-investments
  • Limited Partners: Family offices, funds of funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, and pensions

Other Requirements

Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Eligible candidates should already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.

Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $110,000.00 – $115,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
