Job summary

VHPA / Las Vegas Physician Alliance, part of a nationally recognized healthcare system, seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license.
• Experience or interest in quality improvement.
• Interest in training for advanced office-based procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population.
• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing training for advanced office-based procedures.

• Call: Telephonic - goes to call center
• Patient Volume: Typical outpatient panel
• Location : Las Vegas, Nevada
• Practice Setting : Outpatient Primary Care
• Support / Care Team: 1: 1 MA Support, APP, and MD/DO Team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses)
