Job summary

The Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Staff for day shifts in our Warwick, RI primary care setting. You will assess patients, implement care plans, administer treatments, and document outcomes as part of a coordinated healthcare team.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in the United States.
Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
BLS certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health status and care needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition accurately and timely.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote patient well-being.
