Tufts Medicine Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Regional Medical Director to oversee our primary care practices in our Lowell area market. We are seeking tenured primary care physicians with the acumen to lead our practices to continued success and to support the goals of Tufts Medicine Primary Care across five domains: quality, patient experience, access, growth and financial stewardship.

The base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $290,000 annually with additional compensation commensurate with leadership experience. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
