Job summary

One Community Health, located in The Dalles, Oregon, is seeking a Temporary Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, FNP, or PA) to cover a provider's leave from October 5, 2026, to June 30, 2027. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment with experienced clinicians and provides comprehensive family medicine services.

The position offers a competitive salary between $130,000 and $200,000 annually, dependent on experience and licensing, along with a bilingual differential of $0.75 per hour. Qualified candidates will hold current Oregon licenses and Board Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have current Board Certification.
• 2 years of experience in Primary Care preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
• Cover for a provider on leave of absence.
• Work under a temporary assignment from October 2026 to June 2027.

Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon and will be limited in duration (October 5, 2026 - June 30, 2027) with a possibility of extension.

0.75 - 1.0 Full-time position, covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence.

Provide comprehensive family medicine services.

Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification.
• Current Oregon NP or PA license.
• DEA licensure in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Primary Care
• Experience with Epic EMR

Compensation:

• Salaried/Exempt: \$130,000-\$200,000 annually, depending on experience/license.
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer \$0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
