Job summary

Fast Pace Health in Tennessee seeks a highly skilled Primary Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our growing rural practice. You will deliver preventative and chronic care, coordinate with physicians, and guide patient-centered care across in-person and telehealth visits.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, NP/PA certification with at least 1 year of primary care experience, active license, and DOT certification within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• NP/PA with 1 year of direct primary care experience.
• Active NP/PA license and DEA registration.
• DOT certification required within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations for patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions (HTN, DM, asthma) and preventive care.
• Lead patient-centered care plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Prescribe medications and provide home-care instructions.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
