Job summary

MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician for a full-time outpatient position in Florida. The role emphasizes geriatrics-focused preventive care and chronic disease management in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, work Monday through Friday, and use EHRs to document encounters. Competitive base salary with production-based bonuses, sign-on and relocation assistance are offered along with malpractice coverage

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active Florida license and current DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Geriatrics-focused outpatient practice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with focus on early intervention.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and support staff for patient-centered care.
• Utilize EHRs to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance care delivery.

Primary Care Physician (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or hospital rounds)

Setting: 100% Outpatient (Geriatrics-focused position)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality, value-based care to an established panel of predominantly geriatric patients. This role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building meaningful, long-term patient relationships in a supportive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Active, FL license
• Current DEA registration
• At least 3 years of experience in Outpatient Primary Care
• Strong clinical judgment with a focus on preventive and longitudinal care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
