AdventHealth Medical Group in Colorado seeks an Experienced Primary Care Physician for Crystal Valley – Castle Rock, CO. The role supports AdventHealth’s mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ and deliver whole-person care in a large, connected system.

Clinic network includes multiple sites with strong referral connections and an EPIC system. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for professional growth

Formación

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted Colorado medical license.
• Colorado DEA licensure.
• Ability to supervise one AP/PA.
• Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule; 1–2 call per year.

• Model and lead clinical practice, doctor–patient relationships, and professionalism.

Job Description Summary: Primary Care Physician - AdventHealth – Primary Care at Crystal Valley– Castle Rock, CO Annual Compensation of $301,663 AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Regionis seeking an Experienced Primary Care Physician AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG)is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado. We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers, and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area. 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area. Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists. Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient base.

EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine Excellent communication skills Team Player with patient‑first mindset Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado Current Colorado DEA Licensure Ability to work with and supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN or PA) Monday‑Friday 8-5 work schedule Call requirement 1 to 2 times per year
