Job summary

KPG Provider Services in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice. This role combines outpatient clinic duties with inpatient responsibilities, offering a Monday–Friday schedule and strong clinical support within a collaborative, physician-led team.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both clinic and hospital settings
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
• Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and hospital providers
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture

About the Role

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both clinic and hospital settings. You'll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, oversee inpatient care, and work collaboratively with specialists and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
