Optum is offering a Physician Pathways Program for final-year Primary Care Residents and Fellows through Optum NY/NJ. The program provides mentorship, exposure to value-based care, and a pathway into practice with a focus on Quadruple Aim outcomes.

Participants will complete the customized program at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually, with only a few hours per month commitment, designed to ease the transition from training to practice.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.
• MD or DO required.
