Job summary

Ohio State University Physicians Primary Care is seeking an additional physician to join our team in Pataskala, Ohio. The position is BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with 100% outpatient care and a focus on work–life balance at a single clinic location.

The role offers flexible scheduling (8- or 10-hour shifts) and options for 4 or 5 days per week, with a comprehensive benefits package and incentives for production and quality, plus a yearly retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine completed.
• 2–3+ years of experience in a Primary Care setting.
• Board Certification or eligibility required.
• Must be eligible for an Ohio medical license.

Position Details:

• 100% outpatient care with no weekends or holidays
• Shared Call among providers
• Flexible scheduling full-time options, featuring 8- or 10-hour shifts
• Choice of 4 or 5-days per week
• Practice autonomy supported by experienced staff
• State-of-the-art clinics located within 15 minutes of downtown Columbus
• Single clinic site practice without the need to travel to other locations
