One Medical is seeking a part-time primary care clinician in San Francisco to manage a diverse patient panel, deliver in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds. You will collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, applying your clinical training to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include an accredited Internal/Family Medicine residency, 2+ years outpatient experience, CA license, and board certification or eligibility with plans to obtain certification

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in California before your One Medical start date

What you'll be working on:

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a part-time role (24 hours per week of patient care) based in San Francisco.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $220,500 to $234,300 based on a part-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
