Job summary

IU Health Medical Group East Region in Muncie, Indiana, seeks a compassionate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our well-established primary care team. This 100% outpatient clinic offers an established patient base, shared call rotations, and strong nursing support within Indiana's largest health system.

Located near IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, the practice provides on-site EKG/NST, office-based procedures, and teaching opportunities with students, residents, and APP

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Ability to obtain Indiana medical licensure.
• New graduates, residents, and experienced physicians encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient care in a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Manage an established patient base with potential immediate volume.
• Share call rotation with clinic providers.
• Utilize centralized nursing resources for after-hours triage support.
• Perform office-based procedures and utilize on-site EKG/NST capabilities.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and APP learners.
