UnitedHealth Group, through Optum WA, seeks a Primary Care Physician in Everett, WA for a future start in Summer/Fall 2027. This pipeline role supports clinicians transitioning in alignment with a forthcoming start date.

The role emphasizes outpatient care with a flexible 4-day work week, a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities to focus on Family or Internal Medicine interests. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Competenze

BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required or ability to obtain before start date.
Current WA state license or ability to obtain license.
Current DEA certificate required before start date.
Current BLS and ACLS certification required before start date.

Mansioni

Outpatient-focused practice with 18–22 patients per day and 20/40 minute visit templates.
Opportunity to tailor your panel to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine populations.
Develop clinical interests such as women's health (excluding obstetrics), preventive services, and chronic disease management.
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team with other Family/Internal Medicine and Pediatric providers.
4-day work week option for full-time role.
