Optum NM is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide patient care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health.

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• Current MD/DO medical license in the state of New Mexico, or ability to attain
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine
• New Mexico Pharmacy/DEA Registration if applicable to practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Epic EMR systems & technology
• Experience in providing patient care under a Global Risk/Medicare Advantage Model

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
