Job summary

Rush University System for Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center in Chicago, IL. This expanding outpatient practice offers comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan with a focus on integrated patient care.

In this role you will provide medical care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate EMRs, and contribute to practice growth during the expansion.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support team
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
