MASC Medical in Connecticut is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for outpatient practice in Glastonbury. You will deliver comprehensive primary care in an established, collaborative environment with strong support staff and modern technology.

The position offers a four-day work week option, minimal call, competitive base salary, and flexible professional growth opportunities, including teaching and CME resources.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree holder.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• 100% outpatient, office-based primary care.
• Four 9- or 10-hour shifts (4-day work week available).
• Minimal phone-only call with one weekday call every 6 weeks.
• Optional faculty appointment and teaching opportunities.
