The team includes two Family Medicine physicians and experienced clinical staff; you will provide care in a collaborative setting with access to on-site X-ray and Epic EMR for seamless coordination.

A growing primary care team in Peoria, Illinois is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice.
