Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in New Port Richey, FL, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to take over an established outpatient panel following a physician retirement.

This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, outpatient-only role with no weekends or holidays. Expect 12–17 adult/geriatric Medicare Advantage patients per day, strong clinical and administrative support, and a collaborative value-based care environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Interest in value-based primary care and senior-focused medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult and geriatric Medicare Advantage population.
• Develop treatment plans and manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, cardiovascular disease.
• Collaborate with APPs, care coordinators, and specialists to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain EMR documentation and comply with Florida regulations.
