UNC Health Medical Group & Caldwell Physicians Network provide the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137‑bed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System.

Position Features

• Competitive total compensation package, including first‑year compensation guarantee at national benchmarks for your specialty
• Relocation stipend of $15,000, sign‑on bonus of up to $20,000, potential loan repayment
• Resident stipend of $1,500 per month for the final two years of training
• Productivity, quality and APP supervision bonus dollars increasing overall compensation
