Job summary

Bradenton, FL-based MASC Medical seeks a compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for outpatient practice focused on value-based care. Provide comprehensive care to adults and seniors, emphasize prevention, chronic disease management, and patient relationships.

Collaborative team supports clinical and administrative needs to maintain work-life balance. Open to experienced physicians and new graduates; bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus for select locations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or eligible for licensure).
• DEA license (or eligible).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred for select locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans that promote preventive care, wellness, and disease management.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Minimal call requirements, depending on practice location
