UNC Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join the newly established UNC Health Primary Care at Garner, a state-of-the-art facility in Garner, NC. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or eligibility) is required.
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Interest in medically complex adult patients and mental health needs in primary care.
• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive care, acute and sick care, immunizations, annual physicals and women's health services.
• Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma) and coordinate care within UNC Health.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a new, state-of-the-art Garner facility with a supportive team.
• Collaborate with specialists and the UNC Health system to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Family Medicine.
