MASC Medical in Richmond, VA is seeking a physician to join a patient-centered primary care team. This model emphasizes time, relationships, and outcomes with smaller patient panels and built-in support, enabling meaningful care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics.
• Active or eligible state license and DEA required.
• Experience in primary care and value-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• See 18-21 patients per day with adequate time for quality care.
• Provide comprehensive primary care for a Medicare Advantage population.
• Act as a trusted advisor and health coach throughout the care journey.
• Stay connected with specialists, hospitals, and transitions.
• Lead a collaborative care team and supervise APPs with clinical oversight.
