Job summary

OnePlus Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive care in a fast-paced environment in South Florida. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, active Florida license, and DEA registration are required.

The role emphasizes preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and patient relationships, with opportunities to participate in quality improvement and value-based care programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Perform complete patient evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Promote health education, wellness, and preventive care to improve long-term outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within the EMR.
• Review lab and diagnostic results and communicate findings to patients.

OnePlus Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to our growing community.

We are looking for a physician who is passionate about preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and building lasting relationships with patients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.


• Perform complete patient evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Promote health education, wellness, and preventive care to improve long-term patient outcomes.


• Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, ancillary providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.


• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).


• Review laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate findings with patients in a timely manner.


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and value-based care programs, including HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, and Risk Adjustment initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational clinical standards and regulatory requirements.


• Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)


• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine


• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license


• Current DEA registration with Schedule II-V authority


• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in adult, family medicine, primary care, or geriatric practice


• Current BLS certification

Preferred

• Experience caring for Medicare Advantage populations


• Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures and Risk Adjustment (HCC) documentation


• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)


• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
