Job summary

UCLA Health Malibu invites board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Family Medicine or Med-Peds to join a thriving primary care practice. This position offers full-spectrum care across all ages, including pediatric patients, within an integrated health system in a coastal Southern California setting.

You will work with UCLA Health’s network of specialists and utilize Epic for a coordinated patient experience.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics.
• Unrestricted California medical license or license eligible.
• MD or DO.
• Comfortable providing full-spectrum primary care across all ages, including pediatric care and partial Immediate Care coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience.

The target salary range for this position is $275,000-$430,000 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director.
