A healthcare organization in Lakeland, FL is looking for a Primary Care Physician offering an annual salary of $220,000 to $240,000. Candidates will receive a sign-on bonus and are eligible for various health benefits including malpractice insurance, dental and vision coverage. Salary information:

• Annualized salary of $220,000.00 – $240,000.00 (If bilingual and board certified, candidate will be at the top end of the salary range)
• A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
• Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 12 day
• Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually

• Malpractice insurance will be paid by the Medical Group.
• Eligibility for enrollment into the Medical Group’s health and benefit plans which include: (Available on day one)
  • UnitedHealth Care health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level)
• Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)
  • Aflac – supplemental insurance (no contribution from employer).

  • CME annual allowance of $500.00.
  • Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA.

Role:

• Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
• 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
• Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
• Call: One week of Call once a year
