Job summary

Adventist Health Castle seeks a mission-minded, full-time Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our Primary Care clinic in Kailua, Oahu. The ideal candidate will serve multigenerational families with a collaborative team and a heart for whole-person care.

You will provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, and support care planning from pediatrics to geriatrics in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine and Hawaii medical license or eligibility.
• Ability to treat patients from pediatrics to geriatrics in a family-focused setting.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-based environment with clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses.
• Provide care planning, basic procedures, and disease management for all ages.
• Collaborate with nurses, assistants, and administrators to optimize patient flow.
• Support multigenerational families within a welcoming community clinic.

Adventist Health Castle is actively seeking mission-minded full-time, Family or Internal Medicine physician, to join our Primary Care clinic in beautiful Kailua, Oahu.

The ideal candidate will have a heart to serve multigenerational families and enjoy working in a family-welcoming environment with team-based support that includes, Patient Access Representatives, a Practice Administrator, Medical Assistants, and a Nurse Practitioner.

Incumbent will be comfortable treating a wide range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. The physician will provide comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, basic office procedures, and treatment planning. Newly trained and experienced physicians with a collaborative approach to medicine will be considered.

You’ll join a network of high-quality physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialists, who provide whole person, tailored, coordinated care to your patients.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible, Hawaii medical licensed or eligible, and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.

Base Compensation Starts at: $259,000 per year

*Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, bonus structure, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
