Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical experience, including residency in a related medical specialty.
• Current DEA registration allowing the prescription of controlled substances.
• Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for an assigned patient panel.
• Conduct preventive, acute, and follow-up care for chronic health conditions.
• Participate in quality management activities as assigned by the Medical Director.
