Healthcare Connections in Southwestern Idaho near Boise is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine MD/DO to take over an existing patient panel in a permanent outpatient setting. You’ll join an established multi-specialty group that emphasizes work–life balance, stability, and competitive compensation.

Salary is negotiable up to $250k with RVUs on top; 44 days PTO per year plus 1 week CME. Eligible for loan repayment programs (PSLF, NHSC, RPIP) up to $25,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• MD or DO with Internal Medicine training.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing patient panel in outpatient primary care.
• Deliver comprehensive preventive and chronic care in a team-based setting.
