Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Georgia license or eligible to obtain.
• Commit to a full-time Monday–Friday workweek.
• Provide primary care to patients of all ages.
• Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations & Immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all ages.
• Collaborate with Piedmont network for referrals and care coordination.
• Maintain high-quality patient-centered care within a large health system.
